The standard tour we offer in Girona is 8 days/7nights. This is a full custom tour, and it is used as a reference to add or change what is included in your cycling tour.

• All transfers to and from Barcelona Airport
• 8 days / 7 nights in a 4 star hotel
• Breakfasts, lunches, energy bars and sport drinks
• 3 dinners in specialty restaurants representative of the different traditional cuisines
• 6 guided rides according to the group levels
• Support Van
• Repair service and bicycle tune up
• Road Book – Detailed maps and complete information for the rides
• Optional leisure activities
• Insurance

Custom Program:

We are ready to customize your cycling tour. BikeCat will assist you planning your custom bike tour, setting up a webpage and brochure with the information, logos and photos you want. For each tour, we design your own roadbook, with detailed information about the rides, maps and profiles as well as highlights of the area and places we visit.

We will be hands on to assist you putting together the tour that fulfills your group´s expectations and goals. Choose among our variety of ride profiles and distances, and plan other activities for riders and non riders.

Group requirements:

Minimum of 5 people per level to form fully supported rides and experience riding like a pro team. If it’s one person, a couple or a smaller group we can adjust it too!

Tour dates:

We can schedule tours all year round. March, April, May in the Spring, September and October in the Fall, are the best months. June, July and August, if you like warmer weather. Choose some potential dates for your tour and contact us for availability.

How do I make a reservation?

Once we agree on the specifics of the custom tour: dates, itineraries, hotels and other inclusions, we will send you the reservation forms.
You will need to fill in the specific tour reservation form and place a deposit of 500 euros at least 6 weeks in advance. As soon as we can confirm the tour, we will discuss deposit and payment deadlines.

Reservation and Payments*

A deposit of 500€ as soon as we schedule your tour with a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. Note that we cannot guarantee hotels and reservations until we have everyone’s deposits. Please make your reservation by completing and signing the Reservation Form, which includes the Release, Waiver and Indemnity statement, and email it to Bikecat:

Final payment is due 21 days before departure date.
